RETURNS + EXCHANGES

34N 118W will refund goods received back to us within 14 calendar days of delivery date. All goods must be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with tags, in their original packaging.

To receive a prepaid return shipping label, please email customerservice@34N118W.clothing.  To qualify for free returns, your return must arrive at 34N 118W within 14 days of the date you received it.  Please allow 7 days transit time.  PLEASE NOTE: Packages received at 34N 118W after 14 days will incur a $15 fee, which will be charged at the time of your return.  Packages received after 20 days will be returned to you, less shipping costs.

If there was a mistake on the part of 34N 118W or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, client will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges.

Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for your refund (returned items less any shipping costs) to post to your credit card. All refunds will be given in the same method as original payment.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.

RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS

Sale items are FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.

34N 118W does not hold items for exchange.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

34N 118W is not able to alter or cancel orders once they have been placed. Refused packages are subject to a restocking fee.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We accept returns on items in brand new condition with original tags attached for a full refund. You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return.

US customs law does not allow us to issue return labels to our customers outside of the US, but you can always send your return back to us directly using your preferred shipping service. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

In your return please:

  1. Put anything you don’t want in a box.
  2. Include a copy of your original order or receipt
  3. Send us the box using any carrier. Please declare it as “9801 – US GOODS RETURNING” on your commercial invoice and and keep your tracking number for your records.

 

You will be refunded the full cost of your items as long as we receive your return within our policy window. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through us. Please allow 3 business days for your return to be processed on our end and another 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase.
